Anyway, I wish I had before and after pictures of my new office once my boss (who is new to the jobsite as well) and I took control of the disaster! :) Shelves, filing, lysol and a vacuum can fix anything!
The next posts will likely be about organizing in my current living situation: my parents RV. Going from a 4 bedroom house to, well, a 32.5' trailer, sucks. No, I don't have everything with me, but still! I only work 10-12 hours a day, sleep ~8, that gives me at least 4 hours to kill every day! Lots of craft stuff, my printer (Gotta work on the life and home management binders!) and lots of kitchen stuff had to tag along. Needless to say, putting it all away has been fun! Pictures and posts to come!
Some background information... I am spending my summer doing my dream internship. I am working for Hamilton Construction (the company that was working on the project that turned construction into my dream!) as an Intern working on the Yaquina Bay Bridge Repair Project in Newport, OR.

Ya, its huge! Being under it on our scafolding is kinda pretty much scarry! But getting adjusted to it! :) Thankfully though, I am in the office more then climbing around!
My work notebook has turned into a lifesaver! My boss gave me the idea, he has a notebook he writes everything down in, especially after his recent concussion! So, when I got to go get the supplies I needed, I grabbed a 3 subject notebook.
1: Todo List. Little square boxes to add a checkmark when complete followed by the task, including any contact info I would need if I don't already have it in section 3.
2: Notes for every day. Just a bunch of dashes with random facts, lists, etc I might need to remember, or just need to write down to keep track of
3: Contacts. I have company contacts, inspector contacts, suppliers, rental companies, etc.
This has worked great! It goes everywhere with me and everything is right at hand. Important info from business cards, etc goes straight into it and so any information I could ever need is right at my fingertips! Oldschool method, but works so well for me!
Happy Organizing! :)
